Kelsey Smith Briggs died a tragic death on October 11, 2005 after being sexually assaulted by her step-father. Her "father" Lance Briggs collected two life insurance policies from her death but didn't put a penny toward her funeral.
If it's not about the money, why don't they donate all of it to REAL charities that help children instead of to a charity that collected far over $13,000 and their only explanation of where the money went was to pay for rallies. Please!
