Michael Jackson, the charismatic musician who came to be known as The "King of Pop,' has died at the age of 50.
Michael's brother Jermaine, during a brief statement at the hospital, said the following: "My brother, the legendary King of Pop Michael Jackson, passed away on Thursday, June 25 at 2:26 pm. It is believed he suffered cardiac arrest in his home. However, the cause of his death is unknown until results of an autopsy are known. His personal physician who was with him at the time attempte…

Why is Raye Dawn Smith in prison? A hate group by the name of Kelsey's Purpose led by Raye Dawn Smith's ex mother-in-law, Kathie Briggs protested, threatened, lied, harassed, and used the media to ensure Raye Dawn Smith's wrongful conviction and imprisonment after the death of her daughter, Kelsey Smith-Briggs who is referred to by Briggs supporters as Kelsey Briggs (that was never her name). On 3-5-2006 Kathie Briggs said: "Our DA has already stated on camera his case against Mike Porter is str…

We had hoped that Mike Porter didn't abuse Kelsey other than the day she died and no other time. We hoped that her suffering was short, but new evidence proves that the abuse lasted at least a week, maybe longer. There are only two people who know how long he actually abused Kelsey Smith Briggs. Kelsey is gone and Mike is a liar. Unless he confesses, we will never know the truth. We will continue to dig for facts and search for the truth.
The following statement from Raye Dawn Smith's appeal gi…

Those under suspicion for the abuse Kelsey suffered were Raye Dawn, Kathie Briggs, and Lance Briggs. Kelsey had been with Raye Dawn, Kathie, and Lance the two times abuse was confirmed and she was with Mike Porter when she was sexually assaulted and murdered.
At Raye's trial, it was made clear that Kelsey was with Kathie when her legs were broken. In an answer to Raye's appeal, the Attorney General agrees that Kelsey was not with Raye Dawn or Mike Porter when her legs were broken. Who does that…

Lincoln County, OK - The story of Kelsey Smith-Briggs' death is hard no matter which version you choose to believe. We speculate using…

My name is Raye Dawn Smith and my daughter was Kelsey Shelton Smith-Briggs, the beautiful two year old little girl that was killed by her step-father on October 11, 2005 in Meeker, Oklahoma. I have been wrongfully convicted of enabling child abuse, because the District Attorney Richard Smothermon has made the statement that I “should have known.” Not that I knew anything, but I “should have known.” So many things went wrong in my case and they continue to go wrong to this day. I am trying to rea…

Dear Friend:
"If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor."
(Archbishop Desmond Tutu)
According to a Columbia Law School study, at least 100,000 prisoners have been wrongly convicted. Raye Dawn Smith was convicted of enabling child abuse on July 18, 2007. Fortunately, we are here in time to help Raye Dawn with her appeals process. She is now relying on the hope that her story will be known and that justice will reach her as she awaits her appeal.…

Winston Churchill said, “Never give in, never give in, never; never; never; never - in nothing, great or small, large or petty - never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense.”
Raye Dawn Smith was wrongfully convicted of enabling child abuse in connection with the death of her daughter Kelsey Smith-Briggs aka Kelsey Briggs in an unfair trial in front of a biased jury. We will never give up the fight for her freedom of this wrongful conviction.
“Our love must not be a thing of w…

The story of Kelsey Smith-Briggs is both sad and intriguing. This little girl's image has been seen worldwide as the face of child abuse, yet her true story has been silenced. Although many claim to know all the facts, they've been distorted to validate the actions of a vindictive family who only sought revenge on Kelsey's mom. The man who sexually assaulted and murdered Kelsey was given a plea, at the request of Kelsey's father, for enabling child abuse and a term of 30 years. This man has been…
